FAQ

  • At Cleopatra's Rituals, we do not offer blow dries, or brush your hair as part of our services to maintain the serene and rejuvenating atmosphere in our treatment areas. However, we provide a complimentary blow dry station and brushes in the changing room for your convenience.

  • You can have hair up to two days old and there's no need to wash it if it was washed recently. We prefer to see your scalp in its natural state, especially for a scalp analysis. Your hair should be untangled and free of products. If you intend to book a thermal ritual, try to schedule it before the scalp spa, so the nourishing products can remain in your hair after the scalp spa. If you've already booked a thermal appointment, not to worry; If possible, postpone washing your hair for 1-2 days to fully benefit from the nourishing botanicals.

  • If you have freshly dyed or blonde hair, we recommend waiting at least two weeks before booking your treatment. For any concerns related to scalp conditions or hair color, please consult with our concierge to ensure the best experience. Our Scalp spa might not be ideal, if you have extensions in that could be impacted by our tools or scalp massage, as it could affect the longevity of your extensions.
    Additionally, if you have any bacterial scalp issues or other conditions that may affect the treatment, we kindly ask that you refrain from booking until fully healed.

  • Since you will have a brief visit to our steam room, kindly bring clean flip-flops and bathing attire. We also ask that you refrain from applying lotions, oils, or shaving prior to the ritual. If you have plans to tan, exfoliate, or use the infrared sauna within 48 hours of the service, we recommend that you plan accordingly, as these activities should not be done immediately following the service.
