What should I bring for Thermal Rituals?
Swimsuit is required. Bring Flip-Flops if you can. Everything else is provided.

What do you provide?
Towels, lockers, water, organic body wash, organic hair products, blow dryer, and more.

Swimsuit for thermal experiences. Service attire depends on the ritual.

How early should I arrive?
Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment.

Yes! Many of our experiences are perfect for two or more.

What should I know before my first visit?
If it's your first time with us, we'll give you a quick tour and explain everything before your experience begins.

What is your cancellation policy?
We require 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice are charged in full.

Can I use the Thermal Ritual without a service?
Yes. Thermal Rituals can be booked on their own or added to spa experiences as an upgrade.

How do I fill out my forms?
Your intake forms will be emailed before your appointment. Depending on your service, you may receive more than one form.

Does the order of my services matter?
Usually no. We keep an eye on bookings and arrange things in the way that flows best. Thermal Rituals can often be enjoyed before or after your service.

Do you provide robes and flip-flops?
Yes. Robes are provided for guests receiving spa services only. Complimentary flip-flops are available for Thermal Ritual guests, though you're welcome to bring your own.
