What to Expect

• Reservations:

  Advance bookings are recommended to secure your preferred time and treatment. Please call and schedule your appointment with one of our rituals concierge or book online.

• Our Rituals Curators are subject to change based on availability and scheduling

• Arrival:

  Please arrive 15 minutes before your Rituals spa appointment to allow time for the check-in process and a timely start. Additionally, you can begin unwinding in our lounge area.

  Consultation:

  Our experienced Ritual Curators will conduct a brief consultation to understand your specific needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized spa experience.

• Preparation for our Thermal Area :

  You are welcome to bring your own robes and towels to the thermal area. If you forget your own, we provide complimentary towels and have shoes for purchase/rental. Slip-proof clean pool shoes are a must for the thermal area. We also offer complimentary lockers to secure your belongings. You will have access to our thermal facilities, such as the steam room, sauna, snow room, and thermal showers.

• Rituals Experience:

  Enjoy your chosen ritual in one of our serene treatment rooms, designed to transport you to a state of complete relaxation. We offer complimentary robes and slippers for our Ritual services.You can add the thermal area to your Ritual services for $29 instead of $49

If you have any concerns or require assistance, please don't hesitate to let us know.

• Spa Ambiance

  As a quiet/silent spa, we ask that you keep conversations to a whisper, particularly in the steam rooms and sauna, to preserve a serene environment. Our Ritual Curators will maintain silence during sessions, speaking only to provide necessary explanations. We encourage you to focus on rest and relaxation, and feel free to provide feedback to ensure your comfort.

• Cancellation Policy:

  We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or changes to appointments to avoid a cancellation fee.

• Health Concerns:

  If you have any health conditions, allergies, or injuries, please notify us when making your reservation. This information will help us customize your experience and ensure your safety. We encourage you to speak with your healthcare professional if there are any concerns prior to visiting us.

  For safety and comfort, we welcome guests as follows:

  • 16-18 years old: May participate with a responsible adult.

  • 19 and over: Can enjoy the ritual independently.

To ensure a smooth and enriching experience, please review the following guidelines before your visit. These rituals help maintain the integrity of our space and the comfort of all guests.

Respect the Space & Those Within It

• This is a place of deep relaxation. Keep voices low, whisper when speaking, and close doors gently.

• Even during invigorating moments, such as the cool water bucket drop: stay mindful and avoid loud reactions.

• Be considerate of others. This is a shared space where everyone comes to rest and reconnect.

Your Safety & Well-being

• All guests must sign a liability waiver before their first visit to acknowledge our spa’s practices and policies.

• If you feel unwell at any time, please notify a Ritual Curator immediately.

• Bring and wear clean, non-slip flip-flops for your comfort and hygiene.

Preparing for Your Visit

• Bring a towel and a chlorine-free bathing suit. Flip Flops are available for purchase/rental if needed.

• Refrain from wearing perfume, as heat amplifies scents. Guests with strong alcohol or cigarette odors may be asked to reschedule.

• Arrive well-hydrated, eat lightly 2-3 hours prior, and continue to drink water throughout your visit.

Honouring the Ritual

• To maintain privacy and tranquillity, turn off your phone and place it in your locker.

• Lockers are available for your belongings; Cleopatra’s Rituals is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.

• Be mindful of your time in the locker room to allow others space to prepare for their experience.

By entering Cleopatra’s Rituals, you agree to uphold these guidelines and honour this space as a place of restoration, respect, and renewal.
